A: You may submit a payout request on the app once you have completed a job and the total balance available is reflected in your account. Payout requests are processed on a weekly basis according to the payment cycle. Please allow 5-7 business days for funds to be transferred to your bank account.

A: There are no deductions from your total payment amount except for a RM30 deposit to activate your account. This will be withheld from your withdrawal once you have successfully completed your first locum job in the app. This is not a charge to you. You can retrieve your RM30 if you ever choose to close your account with us. Simply send us an email and we will process your RM30 refund.
