Refund Policy for WeAssist SDN BHD Service

At WeAssist SDN BHD, we strive to provide high-quality services to our clients. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund from your prepayment wallet is necessary.

Refunds for HCP services are subject to the following circumstances:

1. Take note that HCPs are not charged for jobs that are not accepted. Hence no refund are applicable in those situations. 

2. If you wish to refund the amount in full from the prepayment wallet for whatsoever reason, HCPs may make the request by email, subject to a processing fee reduction no lower than RM10 but no higher than RM50.

3. Cancellation: If you cancel your services before they have been completed, you may be entitled to a partial refund based on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation. 

4. If you cancel the services within 2 hours of the service time, you may be required to make partial payment of 2 hours of the service. 

Please note that refunds may take up to 30 business days to process.

This refund policy applies to Locum Apps HCP services provided by WeAssist SDN BHD for use of Locum Apps mobile application .
